From today (1st June 2021) we are going to be charging VAT (20% for UK clients) on all our products and services as we have reached the threshold that requires that we register for VAT.
We have also tried to radically simplify the services we offer and bundle them into simple packages, websites, multi-websites and servers and at the same time we have increased the specification of the services (more disk space for shared hosting, more RAM for virtual servers) as a way to offset the impact of VAT on our non-VAT registered clients and members, see the prices page for the details.
Lots more work is needed on updating our website to reflect these changes and as contracts are due for renewal we will be contact clients to inform of the changes and migrate them to the new, simpler packages.
